The strength of World Cargo Technology Brokerage Corporation today lies in its people—those who started its presence in the market in 1979 as a single proprietor company called A.L. Cruz Customs Brokerage, led by the lady who started it all, Amparo Lim Cruz, a licensed customs broker.
Over the years and culminating in 1986, A.L. Cruz Customs Brokerage metamorphosed into Express Worldwide to include more and better services for its customers.
After sixteen years of operations, World Cargo was established as a corporation, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1999, at which time its freight forwarding services was formalized and put into operations.
Today, World Cargo is a freight forwarding company that offers a comprehensive array of services backed by the professionalism and expertise of its people.
World Cargo has two licensed customs brokers, with a combined experience of close to 30 years. They are members of the Federation of Customs Brokerage Companies of the Philippines and the Chamber of Customs Brokers Inc.
